The Run the Valley Half Marathon is back for the fifteenth year for you to tackle Morrow Mountain.     Deemed one of the most scenic half-marathons in the state of North Carolina, the course will take you from Badin to the top of Morrow Mountain and back to Badin.  More than half of the course is on the road in Morrow Mountain State Park.  Please note, there is a three-hour time limit for this race.
